Approach: Approximately 3.5 miles up the canyon past the switch back one will encounter an area of yellow ice that flows out from a patch of birch trees.  Tucked away behind this grove of birch are two climbs of moderate grade. 

Route: The route on the left consists of a relative easy curtain that is fairly wide and usuallly in fat conditions. 

Anchor: Alders are available at the finish of these routes for a rappel.
